Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes how Everhope Oncology Private Limited (CIN: U86900KA2025FTC196439), having its registered office at 258/A, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Hosur Road, Anekal Taluk, Bommasandra Industrial Estate, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, 560099 ("Everhope", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed through the Everhope online store at https://store.everhope.care ("Store").

Order fulfilment for the Store is operated through our logistics partner WareIQ and its network of last-mile courier partners, enabling delivery across 27,000+ pin codes in India. Everhope reserves the right to change fulfilment and courier partners at any time without notice.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Replacement Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Everhope reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable law.


 

1. Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to the shipment and delivery of nutritional supplements and other physical products purchased by customers through the Everhope Store.

This Policy does not apply to consultations, diagnostic services, or nutrition and wellness programmes offered by Everhope.

2. Coverage

We currently ship across India only, to all pin codes serviceable by our fulfilment partner WareIQ and its associated courier network. International shipping is not offered.

If your pin code is non-serviceable, this will either be indicated at the time of checkout, or our Customer Care team will reach out to you. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

a. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 1 to 2 working days of order confirmation.

b. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

c. For prepaid orders, dispatch is initiated only after successful payment confirmation.

d. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (where available), our team may contact the customer for confirmation before dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Standard estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:

Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, and may vary due to:

  • Carrier-side operational constraints
  • Weather, natural disasters, civil disturbances, strikes, or force majeure events
  • Regulatory restrictions or transport disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
  • Peak shopping periods, festive sales, or high-volume operational windows

Everhope shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Shipping Charges

a. Everhope offers free standard shipping above 799 on all prepaid orders placed through the Store across India, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

b. A nominal handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders (where available); this will be visible at checkout before order confirmation.

c. Any changes to shipping or handling charges will be reflected on the Store at the time of order.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

a. COD is offered at Everhope's discretion and is subject to pin code serviceability, courier capability, order value, and fraud-risk assessment.

b. COD may not be available for high-value orders (typically above ₹3,000) or to customers with a history of repeated RTOs or refused deliveries.

c. Promotional discounts, coupons, and cashback offers may apply exclusively to prepaid orders, unless expressly specified.

d. COD orders are governed by the Return & Refund Policy and Replacement Policy. Refunds for COD orders, where applicable, will be issued as store credit or by bank transfer; no cash refunds shall be issued.

7. Tracking Your Order

a. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and/or SMS on the contact details registered at checkout.

b. The tracking link reflects each milestone — dispatch, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

c. If tracking does not update for more than 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team.

8. Shipping Address & Modifications

a. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and reachable shipping address and working phone number at the time of order placement.

b. Requests to modify the shipping address or contact number will be accepted only before the order has been dispatched. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, modifications are not possible.

c. Everhope shall not be liable for non-delivery, delays, RTOs, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address or contact details.

9. Delivery Attempts, Non-Delivery & Return to Origin

a. Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at the registered address.

b. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to recipient unavailability across attempts, incorrect or incomplete address, an inactive or unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment shall be marked Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our fulfilment centre.

c. Once an order is marked RTO, a re-shipment will be initiated only with the customer's express confirmation, and may be subject to additional shipping charges payable upfront.

d. For COD orders, Everhope is not obligated to re-ship or compensate for orders returned due to customer-side delivery failure.

e. For prepaid orders, on successful warehouse re-inspection of the returned product, a refund may be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit, in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

10. Damage, Tampering, or Loss in Transit

a. All products are shipped sealed, batch-coded, and tamper-evident. Please inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery for any signs of tampering, damage, leakage, or opening.

b. If you notice tampering or damage, refuse delivery and notify us immediately at connect@everhope.care with photographs and a short video of the package.

c. If the issue is discovered after delivery, please raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with the Replacement Policy. Claims raised after this window, or without supporting evidence, may not be entertained.

d. Loss in transit, where confirmed by the courier partner, will be addressed through a replacement under the Replacement Policy, or a refund under the Return & Refund Policy where replacement is not feasible.

11. Payment Methods

Everhope accepts the following payment methods through authorised payment gateways:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others)
  • Net banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (subject to eligibility — see Section 6)

Everhope is not associated with any insurance company, and only self-payments are accepted on the Store. All prices listed on the Store are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

If your account is debited but order confirmation is not generated, please notify Customer Care promptly. Following verification with the payment gateway, the amount will either be confirmed against your order or refunded as per our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Everhope Terms of Use.

What payment methods do you accept? Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (subject to eligibility). Everhope accepts self-payments only and is not associated with insurance providers.

Are taxes included in product prices? Yes, all prices on the Store include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
